Projects

Over the years we've had the opportunity to work with some pretty fantastic clients, from healthcare to banking, from construction to logistics, building robust and futureproof custom software.

We're proud of the work we've done but we're even more proud of the results we've helped our clients achieve - whether it was increased revenue, time saved or improving the happiness and mental health of their workforce.

Hyundai Capital

Mission: Automate Vehicle Pricing and Marketing
Solution: AI Augmented Web/Mobile Application

The client sells cars to the dealer network that are returning from lease. The process was previously fully analogue with no digital infrastructure, with cars being sold at auction, giving the client no control over who purchases them; this hindered their ability to sell primarily to their intended target.

The client wanted a platform that could evolve quickly and that integrated all the elements of the de-fleeting process, including funding providers so that payments for cars could be processed automatically.

Taylor Wimpey

Mission: De-Risk Land Acquisition Process
Solution: Web Application with Tablet/Mobile Configuration

Land risk assessment at Taylor Wimpey was managed and communicated within a large and complex spreadsheet comprising several sheets and functions. The process was very robust but input-heavy and prone to human error and unintentional duplication. The complexity of the database format had high risk attached which could lead to incorrect risk assessments.

It was a long and intensive process ripe for automation and overdue for its digital makeover.

NHS Dorset HealthCare University

Mission: Increase Efficiency of FOI Process
Solution: Responsive Web Application

FOI and SAR at Dorset Healthcare were fully manual processes with data being captured in multiple areas (spreadsheets, word, corporate database), which required a significant amount of time and effort from staff, including administrators, doctors and nurses.

The completion of this project would ultimately reduce Dorset’s general administration overhead, as well as other costs, and reduce execution time of all processes involved in FOI and SAR.

Global Liquids Logistics

Mission: Replace Legacy Systems and Analog Processes
Solution: Web Application with Advanced Backend Administration

Supplier relationship management at the client company was fully analogue (e-mails, phone calls, etc), making several processes not only slow but also unreliable.

The lack of a centralised location for data storage also caused data to be fragmented, stored in people’s personal e-mails and files, and therefore led to a lack of transparency between the client company and suppliers, as suppliers had no place to view data related to them.

Vehicle Transportation & Logistics

Mission: Provide Order Fulfilment Portals
Solution: Multiple Integrated Web Applications

The client company is responsible for 75% of all vehicle movements in the U.K., moving more than 1 million vehicles every year.

For that reason, they wanted to streamline communications and order fulfilment for two of their most prestigious accounts by implementing custom vehicle tracking portals to be used by said dealers. This would allow for the reduction of unstructured work, cutting down on e-mails and phone calls required to run daily operations.
