Typically, our CX/UX/UI team engage early in the discussions with customers to understand the user profile and design experiences that engage and delight end-users. Too many applications and systems have been built without proper consideration of the users' needs. Usability testing is an important step in designing applications, far too often ignored in the rush to start building.
